Research showed that farmers didn’t want to think about tires. But before we became involved, a Firestone ad would talk about tire technology and feature a glamorous tire photo – at least glamorous to those who are into tires . Conceptually, we moved the conversation from tires to farming – something farmers are more than happy to talk about.
The campaign represented a complete integrated brand overhaul: print, television, social campaigns, dealer kits, completely redesigning their trade show experience and a multi-episode documentary about the Firestone Factory in Des Moines.
Since winning this account in 2016 brand affinity scores for Firestone AG have gone up every single year.

The Firestone Tire Factory in Des Moines, Iowa embodies so much that is Firestone. Originally built during World War II to build tires for military vehicles, it has also built Ag tires since its inception. These are the first two episodes in what will eventually be a six-part series.
